Ethically Challenged …Again!
SCITUATE – For at least three years, Republican Town Council member John F. Winfield Jr., whose job it is to review the monthly bills sent to the council for payment, has recommended and voted in favor of paying a pesticide company owned by his brother.
Winfield Termite & Pest Control, 229 Hope Furnace Road, is hired by the Public Works Department to provide pest control at town-owned buildings.
